"Great Customer Service!"
I spoke with Jake regarding some refunds that I needed processing. He explained fully what was happening and why and he was clear in the process that was going to happen. He was pleasant and helpful.

"Accessibility"
I rang up regarding accessible tickets at a theatre I didn’t know. Natasha the ATG telesales rep was helpful, friendly and patient!! Definitely made a difficult experience easy!

"Friendly. efficient and helpful."
All contacts have been efficient and effective.
We are now on our third dates booked for Harry Potter!

ATG staff have been really helpful from our initial booking to the current Covid affected situation.

thanks to all the staff who have handled our booking. looking forward now to performances in December 2021!
