"I had to change my date at…"
I had to change my date at the last minute, which made me a bit nervous because I didn’t want to lose my tickets or get stuck paying twice. The ticket exchange option ended up working well though. It took me a few minutes to find the right section on the site, but once I got there, the process was straightforward. I got my new tickets without too much hassle. It wasn’t completely perfect, but overall I was relieved and happy enough with how it went.

I booked my tickets through ATG and checked the access info before going. Most of it was right, like the lift details and where the step-free entrance was. It was fairly easy to find in the end, and it matched what the staff told me on the day too. Took a bit of clicking around though, wasn’t super obvious at first. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is some of the seat info could of been clearer, but overall it helped a lot

"Easy enough once I got in"
I logged into my ATG Tickets account today to check a theatre booking, and overall it was straightforward. The password reset email came through quickly, which was a relief. Once I was in, I could see my tickets, update my details, and find the order without having to dig around too much. My only gripe is that some of the communication around the booking wasn’t as clear as it could’ve been, which was a bit annoying. Still, the account side of things did what it needed to do.

"Quick verdict: worth it"
Booked tickets through ATG and my snap judgment was that the price looked decent, better than I expected, honestly. The booking took no time, there was no faffing around, and the seats felt fair for what we paid. I also liked that the fees were clear upfront, so no annoying surprises at checkout. For a night out, it felt like good value, and I’d happily use them again.

"Helpful and quick support"
I needed a bit of help booking wheelchair spaces, and the person on chat got it sorted really quickly. There wasn’t any fuss, they explained what I needed to do clearly, and the tickets came through without any problems. Maybe not the most exciting process, but it worked well and I really appreciated the help

"Easy enough, just felt a bit rushed"
I got the tickets on my phone and they scanned fine at the door. I did feel a little pressured because the line was moving and it took me a minute to find them in my email, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, easy process.

"Pretty nice theatre experience"
I booked through ATG Tickets and everything was straightforward. The theatre itself was really tidy, the toilets were clean, and the seats were comfy enough for the show. The staff were good at keeping the queues moving too. Nothing overly fancy, just a nice, clean place to watch a show.

"Seating plan was close"
I booked my tickets on atgtickets.com and the seating plan was more or less accurate. The view was maybe a little different than I’d pictured, mostly because the angle wasn’t quite as clear as I expected. It wasn’t a big issue or anything, but it would’ve helped to have a better idea beforehand. Overall, it was still fine...

"Actually ended up being reassuring"
At first I was kind of annoyed because things weren’t exactly perfect, but i changed my mind fast. I got emails whenever something changed, and support got back to me quicker than I expected. It wasn’t flawless, but I always felt like I knew what was going on, which made a big difference.

"Promo code actually worked"
I used atgtickets to book a show and, the promo code actually worked, which was a nice surprise for once. The discount showed up before I paid, so there was no awkward guessing at checkout. The site was easy to use, and the tickets came through quickly. After dealing with so many annoying booking sites, I almost feel like I’m owed an apology for how stressful they usually are. This one saved me a bit of money, so yeah, I’m happy with it.
